We prioritize the safety of our elderly participants with a group of experienced physiotherapist, pharmacist, nurse and trainers in the center to oversees and guidance the participants during workouts.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭?We recommend the workouts time for each round around 30-45 minutes, including of warm-up. But! We definitely welcome if you would like to stay longer time here at our center.
